Championship padel, built for the corridor.

Six glass-walled indoor padel courts in development for the QEW corridor between Hamilton and Niagara. Lessons, leagues and open play for the fastest-growing sport in the world, close to home.

New to it?

What is padel?

Padel is a racquet sport played in doubles on an enclosed court about a third the size of a tennis court, surrounded by glass walls you are allowed to play off, much like squash. You use a solid, stringless paddle and a soft tennis-style ball. Scoring works just like tennis.

The reason it has exploded across Europe, the Middle East and now Canada is simple: it is genuinely easy to start and endlessly fun. The walls keep rallies alive, the court is small enough that placement beats power, and because it is always doubles, it is social by design. Most people are playing real points within their first hour.

Why play here

The corridor's first real home for padel.

There is almost nowhere to play proper indoor padel between Hamilton and Niagara. Volta changes that with championship-standard courts and a community built around them, on the same membership as pickleball, the gym and the wellness hub.

Padel close to home

Right on the QEW, in the middle of it all.

No more driving to the city for a court. Volta sits on the QEW corridor, about 25 minutes from Hamilton and 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, with the towns in between just minutes from the door.

More than a court

A game, then everything after it.

Padel at Volta sits inside a complete club. A match can roll straight into a coffee in the café, a session in the 24/7 gym, or a sauna and cold plunge in the wellness hub. Pickleball and a full wellness hub share the same roof, on the same membership, so the day does not have to end when the match does.
