Volta Sports & Social Club ("Volta", "we", "us") is based in Grimsby, Ontario. These terms apply to your use of voltaclub.ca and voltaclub.ca/join (the "websites"). By using the websites, you agree to these terms.
About the information on our websites
Volta is a club in development. The information on our websites describes our plans and is provided for general information only. In particular:
- Images and videos of the club are design renders and illustrations. The finished club may look different.
- Facilities, features, programs and amenities described on the websites may change as the club is designed and built.
- Membership prices shown are planned rates and may change. Final rates are confirmed before opening.
- Opening dates: we'll share them when they're set. Nothing on the websites is a promise that the club will open on any particular date.
- Founding Partner privileges are offered by independent businesses on their own terms and may change or end.
Nothing on the websites is an offer to sell a membership. Joining our list or reserving a Founder spot is free and doesn't create a membership or any obligation for you or for us. The Founders Club purchase, when available, will be governed by separate Founder terms that you'll see and accept before paying.
Using the websites
Please use the websites lawfully and don't attempt to interfere with them, access them in unauthorized ways, or submit false information in our forms.
Our content
The websites, including the Volta name and logo, text, images, videos and design, belong to Volta or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
Links to other websites
The websites may link to other websites, such as social media or partner businesses. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The websites are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the websites or reliance on the information on them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
